RESIDENTIAL ACTIVITY COURSES
What is included in the price?
Breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal. Two sessions of instructed activity per day, usually morning and afternoon. Dukes Barn provides all specialist equipment, including waterproofs, wellingtons and protective clothing, transport to and from off - site activities.
Please note: Packed lunches must be provided by the course participant on the day of arrival.

The above prices are effective from the 1st of September 2023 to the 31st of August 2024.
EVENING ACTIVITIES
Evening activities by special arrangement at an additional cost of £120 per instructor per group.
SPLIT WEEKS
Split weeks – An additional cost of £200 will be charged for split weeks to facilitate change over days.
EXTRA INSTRUCTORS
An additional cost of £180 will be charged per day per instructor for courses that require extra staffing.
TOURIST SPECIAL ATTRACTIONS
Additional costs for cycling, horse riding, swimming, Chatsworth Estate visits, and other offsite tourist trips.

MINIMUM CHARGE
Our minimum booking is 20 paying guests with a 2-night minimum stay, catered with activities.

DAY ACTIVITY COURSES
Price per group of 8 per day
Prices include instructor and all specialist equipment. Group to provide own transport.
School Group [2 activities per day] - £400 [add £50.00 per person after that]
Special Educational Needs Group - £400 [add £50.00 per person after that]
Social Group [2 activities per day] - £450 [add £56 per person after that]
Team Building Events [special programme] - £600 [add £60.00 per person after that]
RESIDENTIAL COURSES WITHOUT ACTIVITIES
FULLY CATERED
£70 Per person / Per night – [minimum booking is 25 people or £1750 per night]
Price includes: accommodation, bed linen, breakfast, lunch and evening meal.
SELF CATERING
£40 Per person / Per night – [minimum booking is 25 people or £1000 per night]
Prices include: accommodation and bed linen only
A damage holding deposit of £200 will apply for all self-catering courses, returned at the end of the visit.
